DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Drake Michael Domingue, 29, of 457 Shell Beach Road, Pierre Part, LA and Randall H. Theriot, 43, of 322 North Shell Beach Road, Pierre Part, LA, on drug law violations following a traffic stop near Bayou Corne, LA.
On Tuesday afternoon, a uniformed patrol officer observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation near LA 69 and LA 70. The deputy initiated a stop of the vehicle and made contact with the driver who self-identified as Drake Michael Domingue.
Domingue did not have a driver’s license in possession.
There was one passenger in the vehicle now identified as Randall H. Theriot. The deputy interviewed Theriot.
The driver consented to a search of the suspect vehicle. As a result of that search, quantities of marijuana and meth-amphetamine were seized.
Both the driver and passenger were arrested and charged as follows:
*Drake Michael Domingue
-Possession of Marijuana – (First Offense – Misdemeanor)
-Possession of Meth-Amphetamine with Intent to Distribute
Domingue was cited for No Driver’s License.
*Randall A. Theriot
-Possession of Marijuana – (Third Offense – Felony)
-Possession of Meth-Amphetamine with Intent to Distribute
Both Domingue and Theriot were incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
