FAILURE TO APPEAR – MULTIPLE FELONY CHARGES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Gregory J. Gros, Sr., 61, of 2079 Levee Highway, Pierre Part, LA, on warrants charging him with failure to appear in court on multiple felony charges in Assumption Parish.

Gregory J. Gros, Sr. was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer, Public Intimidation; Threats to Influence and Possession of Suboxone.

Gregory J. Gros, Sr. was ordered to appear in court on August 24, 2022 and failed to do so resulting in warrants being issued for his arrest on August 30, 2022.

Gregory J. Gros, Sr. was arrested by the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office on July 14, 2023.

Gregory J. Gros, Sr. was transferred and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on Monday on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on August 24, 2022 on Charges of:
-Aggravated Assault Upon a Police Officer
-Public Intimidation; Threats to Influence
-Possession of Suboxone

Gregory J. Gros, Sr. remains incarcerated pending judicial proceedings.
