FAILURE TO APPEAR – PROBATION VIOLATIONS

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Cairon Jamal Irvin-LeBlanc, 24, of 2034 S. Roberts Avenue, Gonzales, LA, on a warrant for a probation violation and Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish.
Cairon Jamal Irvin-LeBlanc was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result of that arrest, LeBlanc was convicted of bank fraud. LeBlanc was placed on supervised probation for a period of three (3) years. As a result of that conviction, Cairon Jamal Irvin-LeBlanc was ordered to abide by specific conditions of probation and failed to do so.
A warrant was issued for LeBlanc’s arrest on April 02, 2024. LeBlanc was arrested in California and was returned to the State of Louisiana on April 11, 2024. LeBlanc was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on April 11, 2024 on charges of:
*Probation / Parole Violations
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on Counts of:
-Bank Fraud
-Monetary Instrument Abuse
Cairon Jamal Irvin-LeBlanc was ordered held without bond.
