FAILURE TO APPEAR – THEFT – BAILY ELIJAH ANDRAS

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Baily Elijah Andras, 23, of 160 Bayou Bouef Road, Morgan City, LA, on warrants charging him with Failure to Appear in Court on multiple felony charges.

Baily Elijah Andras was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result Baily Elijah Andras was ordered to appear in court on October 23, 2023 and November 13, 2023 and failed to appear as ordered. As a result, warrants were issued for his arrest on October 26, 2023 and November 14, 2023.

Baily Elijah Andras was arrested by the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office on December 30, 2023 on local charges there.

Baily Elijah was released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, January 14, 2024 and booked into the detention center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on October 23, 2023 on Charges of Theft
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on November 13, 2023 on Charges of Theft of a Motor Vehicle and Failure to Appear in Court on November 13, 2023 on Charges of Theft

Baily Elijah Andras remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
