FELONY ARREST WARRANT – FRANK CARNELL GRAY

KLOTZVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Frank Carnell Gray, 34, of 151 Freetown Lane, Belle Rose, LA, on a felony warrant arising out of a March 6, 2023 incident at a residence near Klotzville.

On the aforementioned date, deputies responded to a complaint related to the theft of an automobile from a home. Deputies made contact with the victim who advised that unknown suspect (s) had taken her car, then attempted to use a cash app card that was in the vehicle.

Detectives initiated an investigation and were able to identify an individual that attempted to use the card at a Plattenville retail outlet. The person, now identified as Frank Carnell Gray, attempted two transactions with the card which were both declined.

At the conclusion of the investigation, detectives applied for and were granted warrants for the arrest of Frank Carnell Gray.

On Monday morning, Frank Carnell Gray was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Bank Fraud (2 Counts)
*Identify Theft
*Access Device Fraud

Frank Carnell Gray remains incarcerated with bond set at 35,000. The 2010 Ford Flex was recovered nearby.
