FELONY CARNAL KNOWLEDGE OF A JUVENILE

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Ricky Williams, 22, of 221 Oak Street, Labadieville, LA, on felony sex crimes related to an incident dating back to September of 2021.

On September 22, 2021, the Sheriff’s Office received a complaint referral from a local school reporting that a child under the age of 15 had become impregnated by an adult.

Detectives initiated an investigation and were able to identify Ricky Williams as a suspect.

During the investigation, detectives secured scientific evidence which was forensically examined.

The results of that testing were provided to the Sheriff’s Office in August of 2023. Sheriff’s detectives secured an arrest warrant for Ricky Williams.

On Monday, Ricky Williams was arrested in Labadieville and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile

Ricky Williams remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
