FUGITIVE WARRANT

FUGITIVE WARRANT – CHAD MICHAEL JOSEPH

BELLE ROSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Chad Michael Joseph, 32, of 155 Highway 1003, Belle Rose, LA, on warrants arising out of a domestic incident on January 11, 2023 near Belle Rose.

Deputies were dispatched to the aforementioned address in reference to a disturbance.

Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the complainant who advised that Chad Michael Joseph had been creating a disturbance and had committed a battery upon her. The accused, Chad Michael Joseph, had left the area.

At the completion of the investigation, the deputy filed arrest warrants for Chad Michael Joseph. Deputies arrested Chad Michael Joseph on Thursday and booked him into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Domestic Abuse Battery
*Simple Battery
*Fugitive Warrant

Chad Michael Joseph remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
