MEDICAL CALL – DISTURBANCE
LANCE XAVIER CLEMONS, JAMIE L. CLEMONS

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Lance Xavier Clemons, 52, and Jamie L. Clemons 32, both of 919 Lagarde Street, Thibodaux, LA, arising from an incident near Labadieville on Monday morning.

Deputies were dispatched to assist on a medical call. A short time later, a deputy on scene advised of a fight in progress, separate from the medical call.

Investigating deputies arrived on location and noted an ongoing fight between two subjects.

Deputies began to interview the parties involved. Upon completion of those interviews, deputies believed that probable cause existed to file arrest warrants against Lance Xavier Clemons and Jamie L. Clemons.

The third individual and one of those involved in the fight, was transported by Acadian Ambulance for treatment at a local hospital.

Lance Xavier Clemons and Jamie L. Clemons were arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center as follows:

-Lance Xavier Clemons was booked on a charge of:

*Aggravated Second Degree Battery

-Jamie L. Clemons was booked on a charge of:

*Aggravated Assault

Both Lance Xavier Clemons and Jamie L. Clemons remain incarcerated pending bond hearings.
