OPERATION, “TAKE A RIDE”
DONTRELL TREMAINE WASHINGTON

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Dontrell Tremaine Washington, 35, of 213 Violet Street, Labadieville, La., on felony drug distribution charges related to operation, “Take a Ride”.

During the ongoing parish wide illegal narcotics investigation, agents determined that Dontrell Tremaine Washington was trafficking in illegal narcotics in Assumption Parish.

As a result of that investigation, agents established probable cause to obtain an arrest warrant for Dontrell Tremaine Washington.

On Tuesday, Dontrell Tremaine Washington was arrested in Ascension Parish on unrelated charges at which time the Assumption warrant was executed.

Dontrell Tremaine Washington was transported to Assumption Parish on Wednesday afternoon and booked into the detention facility on charges of:

*Distribution of Heroin

Dontrell Tremaine Washington was incarcerated and released on a $25,000 bond.
