OPERATION, “TAKE A RIDE” – DRUG LAW VIOLATION-DISTRIBUTION – BRANDON CHRISTOPHER THOMAS

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Brandon Christopher Thomas, 28, of 3039 Mount Olive Church Road, Donaldsonville, La, on felony drug distribution charges arising out of operation, “Take a Ride”.

As part of an ongoing parish wide illegal narcotics investigation, agents determined that Brandon Christopher Thomas was trafficking in illegal narcotics in Assumption Parish.

Agents established sufficient probable cause to secure arrest warrants for Brandon Christopher Thomas.

On November 24, 2020, Brandon Christopher Thomas was arrested on unrelated charges in Ascension Parish and was detained for Assumption Parish.

On Thursday, Brandon Christopher Thomas was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Facility on charges of:

*Distribution of Marijuana

Brandon Christopher Thomas remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
