OUTSTANDING FELONY WARRANTS, NEW CRIMINAL CHARGES
RASHIED GREEN – I.C.E. ARREST

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Rashied Green, 38, of 160 Georgette Street, Labadieville, LA, on outstanding felony warrants as well as new criminal charges.

A uniformed patrol deputy working I.C.E. detail received information that Rashied Green was at a Labadieville business establishment and the deputy had prior knowledge that Rashied Green was wanted on multiple felony charges.

The deputy entered the lounge and immediately located Rashied Green. The deputy advised Green that he was under arrest. The deputy placed Green in handcuffs and commenced a pat down search of Green incidental to arrest. During that process, the deputy seized a substantial amount of suspected marijuana and a large caliber handgun with an extended ammunition magazine.

Rashied Green was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Illegal Carrying of Weapons in the Presence of Controlled Dangerous Substances
*Possession of a Firearm by a Person Convicted of Domestic Abuse Battery

Additionally, Rashied Green was booked on outstanding warrants for:

*Aggravated Assault with a Firearm
*Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon – 2 Counts
*Aggravated Flight from an Officer
*Speeding
*Driving on Roadway Laned for Traffic
*Driving Under a Suspended Driver’s License
*Warrant – Failure to Appear – Assumption Parish Court on February 23, 2022 on a charge of Criminal Damage to Property.

Rashied Green remains incarcerated pending bond proceedings.
