PUBLIC INTIMIDATION – THREATS TO A POSTAL WORKER

BELLE ROSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Anthony Joseph Bozeman, 36, of 919 West Jeana Drive, Gonzales, LA, on felony charges relating to threats against a U.S. Postal Service worker.
On August 24, 2020, deputies responded to a call in Belle Rose in which the complainant indicated that Anthony Joseph Bozeman had made specific threats of violence against her because he was upset over issues with his mail delivery.
After interviewing the complainant, deputies obtained arrest warrants for Anthony Joseph Bozeman.
On Thursday, Anthony Joseph Bozeman was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a charge of:

Anthony Joseph Bozeman remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
