NAPOLEONVILLE – The Sheriff’s Office has received public reports of individuals calling parish residents and representing themselves as Sheriff’s Office employees.

The caller advises residents that they have outstanding arrest warrants that can be resolved by paying money. The caller then instructs the resident how to make payment.

Sheriff Falcon advises all residents to be wary of such calls. This is a SCAM!

We do not solicit money by phone for any reason.
