SECOND DEGREE BATTERY – CHAD ANTHONY JOHNSON

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Chad Anthony Johnson, 43, of 111 Highway 1014, Labadieville, LA, on felony battery charges arising from a fight early Sunday at a residence in the 100 block of LA 1014.

Deputies were dispatched to the area and made contact with the accused, Chad Anthony Johnson. At that time, it was determined that the male victim had been repeatedly warned not to go to the suspect’s residence. On Sunday morning, the suspect went to the victim’s residence at which time an argument and fight ensued. During the incident, the victim sustained injuries requiring medical attention at a healthcare facility.

At the conclusion of the investigation, Chad Anthony Johnson was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Second Degree Battery

Chad Anthony Johnson was incarcerated and released on a $10,000 bond.
