SEX CRIMES – SETH GLENN BREAUX

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Seth Glenn Breaux, 28, of 2531 Lee Drive, Pierre Part, LA, on felony charges involving crimes of sexual nature.

On Tuesday evening, deputies were dispatched to a local business in reference to an individual allegedly videoing minors as they used the restroom.

Detectives were dispatched and made contact with the manager of the business. At this time, the suspect had left the area. However, detectives were able to identify the individual as Seth G. Breaux.

Through investigation, detectives obtained evidence that indicates Breaux was in the bathroom at the same time as a male juvenile in an adjoining stall.

Detectives secured a search warrant for Breaux’s residence early Wednesday and executed the warrant.

Detectives seized evidence linking Seth G. Breaux to the offenses. Detectives seized electronic evidence linking Breaux to similar activity against a second male juvenile and two adult males the same night at the same establishment.

As a result of the investigation, Seth G. Breaux turned himself into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on Friday afternoon and was booked on charges of:

*4 Counts Video Voyeurism
*2 Counts Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile

Detectives have secured additional evidence of similar activity found in Breaux’s possession depicting similar crimes against unknown individuals.

Seth Glenn Breaux remains incarcerated with bond set at $400,000.
