THEFT OF AUTOMOBILE – BRANDON NELSON

NAPOLEONVILLE –Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Brandon Nelson, 33, of 172 Georgette Street, Napoleonville, La., on charges related to the theft of an automobile in January of 2019.

At the aforementioned time, deputies responded to a complaint from the victim and shortly thereafter, Brandon Nelson was identified as a suspect. It was further determined that Nelson allegedly sold the car without the owner’s consent.

In August of 2020, detectives obtained arrest warrants for Brandon Nelson.

On Thursday, Nelson was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Felony Theft of a Motor Vehicle

Brandon Nelson was incarcerated with bond set at $50,000.
