TRAFFIC STOP – DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS
FELICIA THIBODEAUX BOURQUE – I.C.E. ARREST

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Felicia Thibodeaux Bourque, 34, of 108 Pauline Street, Pierre Part, LA, arising out of a Thursday afternoon traffic incident in Pierre Part.

An I.C.E. assigned uniformed patrol officer observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation and initiated a stop of the vehicle.

The deputy made contact with the driver, now identified as Felicia Thibodeaux Bourque. The deputy conducted an officer / violator interview and found the driver to be acting in a nervous manner.

The deputy interviewed the passenger. As a result of the driver / occupant interview, deputies searched the suspect vehicle and recovered several types of controlled dangerous substances.

Felicia Thibodeaux Bourque was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Possession of Adderall
*Illegal Carrying of Weapons in the Presence of CDS
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Possession of Marijuana
*Possession of Meth-Amphetamine

Felicia Thibodeaux Bourque remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
