UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY OF AN INHABITED DWELLING
BRYAN LEE CARTER, JR.

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Bryan Lee Carter, Jr, 24, of 118 Wildwood Road, Napoleonville, LA in reference to a disturbance involving a firearm.

A uniformed patrol deputy was dispatched to a residence in Labadieville and met with the complainant concerning Bryan Lee Carter, Jr. entering her home uninvited.

Carter had already left the scene but was located shortly thereafter at 118 Wildwood Road, Napoleonville, LA and taken into custody. Carter was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Illegal Carrying of Weapons
*Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling (Felony)
*Aggravated Assault with a Firearm (Felony)

Bryan Lee Carter, Jr. remains incarcerated with bond set at $60,000.

Elaine Carter, 52, of 118 Wildwood Road, Napoleonville, LA was also arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Resisting and Officer
*Simple Assault

Elaine Carter was incarcerated and released on a $3,000 bond.
