NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Russell Anthony Jupiter, 55, of 3394 Highway 1, Napoleonville, LA, on a warrant charging him with violating the terms of his parole / probation.

Russell Anthony Jupiter was previously arrested and charged with simple burglary and simple criminal damage to property. Jupiter was convicted of Simple Burglary and was placed under the supervision of Probation and Parole.

Russell Anthony Jupiter failed to appear in court as previously ordered resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest.

Russell Anthony Jupiter was arrested on Friday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Probation / Parole Detainer – Louisiana Department of Corrections

Russell Anthony Jupiter is being held without bond.
