VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDERS – FELONY
AMAYA BOUGERE

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Amaya Bougere, 18, of 157 Napoleon Avenue Apartment A, Napoleonville, LA, on felony charges arising from a disturbance in Napoleonville on Wednesday morning.

Deputies were called to the location in connection to a fight.

Upon arrival, deputies made contact with two females who were allegedly involved. Deputies interviewed both women and at the conclusion of those interviews, Amaya Bougere was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Violation of a Protective Order – Felony
*Disturbing the Peace by Fighting
*Simple Battery

Deputies did determine that Amaya Bougere was under a protective order filed by the victim at the time of this incident.
