WARRANT FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Steven T. Smith, 35, of 311 Assumption Street, Napoleonville, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish to answer felony drug charges.
Steven T. Smith was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Schedule I Drug Without a Prescription. As a result of that arrest, Steven T. Smith was ordered to appear in court on April 03, 2023, and failed to do so. As a result, a warrant was issued for Smith’s arrest on April 10, 2023.
Steven T. Smith was arrested on Tuesday evening and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on April 03, 2023, on a Charge of Unlawful Possession of a Schedule I Drug Without a Prescription
Steven T. Smith remains incarcerated with bond set at $200.
