AGGRAVATED BATTERY – RICKEY BOLDEN

PAINCOURTVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Rickey Bolden, 54, of 6040 Highway 308, Paincourtville, LA, on felony aggravated battery charges arising from an incident on Saturday morning.

Deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of Pugh Street in reference to an individual allegedly beaten with a baseball bat. Deputies arrived on location and made contact with the victim. Witnesses and the victim identified Rickey Bolden as the suspect.

Deputies located Rickey Bolden in the area and arrested him. Rickey Bolden was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a charge of:

*Aggravated Battery

Rickey Bolden remains incarcerated with bond set at $75,000.

The victim was transported to a local medical care facility for treatment.
