FAILURE TO APPEAR FELONY CHARGES
JOSHUA LEE WASHINGTON

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Joshua Lee Washington, 22, of 315 West 2nd Street, Donaldsonville, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on multiple criminal charges.

Joshua Lee Washington was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result of that arrest, was ordered to appear in court on January 4, 2024 and failed to do so. A warrant for the arrest of Joshua Lee Washington was issued on January 4, 2024.

Joshua Lee Washington was arrested on Monday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on January 4, 2024 on Counts of:
-Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor
-Aggravated Criminal Damage to Property
-Illegal Use of Weapons
-Assault by Drive by Shooting
-Detainer – Ascension Parish

Joshua Lee Washington remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
