DISTRIBUTION OF METH-AMPHETAMINE
“OPERATION TAKE A RIDE” – LEGISTINE KEY
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Legistine Key, 33, of 116 Bertrand Street, Napoleonville, LA, on felony drug distribution charges arising out of a parish wide operation, “Take a Ride”.
As part of an ongoing parish wide illegal narcotics investigation, agents were able to identify Legistine Key as being involved in illegal drug trafficking in the area of Assumption Parish.
A grand jury subsequently indicted Legistine Key on 2 Counts of Distribution of Meth-Amphetamine.
On Friday, Legistine Key was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Distribution of Meth-Amphetamine – 2 Counts
Legistine Key remains incarcerated with bond set at $80,000.
