DOMESTIC ABUSE – JARON FLYNN FORET

BAYOU L’OURSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jaron Flynn Foret, 27, of 125 Pond Drive, Bayou L’Ourse, LA, on felony charges related to a domestic incident that occurred on August 10, 2020 at a Bayou L’Ourse residence.

On the aforementioned date, deputies were dispatched to an area off of Aristle Road in reference to a disturbance.

Upon arrival, deputies spoke to the complainant who stated she had an argument with her former domestic partner which escalated to a physical altercation. Children were in the vicinity at the time. Foret also entered a dwelling without permission.

Based on all facts available, warrants were obtained for the arrest of Jaron Flynn Foret.

Foret was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on Thursday on charges of:

*Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling
*Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment

Jaron Flynn Foret remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
