DOMESTIC ABUSE BATTERY VIOLATION OF A PROTECTIVE ORDER

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Terrell L. Truehill, 26, of 548 South Holly Road, Apartment 5, Labadieville, LA, on charges related to a domestic incident.

On Monday afternoon, deputies responded to a complaint relative to a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Deputies had prior information that Terrell L. Truehill was a party to the disturbance and was at the scene.

Deputies were aware of a protective order in full force against Truehill.

Upon arrival, Truehill was placed under arrest for violation of a protective order.

During the investigation, deputies learned that a domestic incident had occurred.

Terrell L. Truehill was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Violation of a Protective Order
*Domestic Abuse Battery

Terrell L. Truehill was incarcerated pending a bond hearing.

At the time of this arrest, Truehill was out on bond for a December 10, 2019 arrest on charges of:

*Domestic Abuse Battery Involving Strangulation
*Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment
