DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – LACORYER D. NICHOLAS
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Lacoryer D. Nicholas, 35, of 329 Highway 400, Napoleonville, LA, on felony charges arising from a disturbance complaint early Thursday evening at a residence on LA 400.
Deputies were dispatched to the complaint and upon arrival interviewed the involved parties.
Investigating deputies determined that the incident was domestic in nature.
Acadian Ambulance personnel were dispatched and subsequently transported a juvenile to a local hospital for treatment of moderate facial injuries.
As a result of the investigation, Lacoryer D. Nicholas was identified as a suspect. Nicholas was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Second Degree Battery
*Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment
*Fugitive Warrant – St. Mary Parish
*Fugitive Warrant – Patterson Police Department
