DOMINIQUE MCKEY MORENO
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Dominique McKey Moreno, 26, of 6627 Bayou Black Drive Gibson, LA, on warrants charging her with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on felony charges as well as a warrant for a probation / parole violation.
Dominique McKey Moreno was convicted in Assumption Parish on September 18, 2023 on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine. Moreno was placed on supervised probation for 18 months and ordered to abide by specific conditions. Dominque McKey Moreno violated the terms of probation resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest on February 29, 2024.
Dominique McKey Moreno was arrested by the Conroe Texas Police Department on April 24. 2024. Moreno was transferred to the custody of Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on May 23, 2024.
Dominique McKey Moreno was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Probation / Parole Violation
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on February 20. 2024 on Charges of Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance
Dominique McKey Moreno remains incarcerated without bond on the Probation / Parole violation.
Bond on the Failure to Appear was set at $1,451.50 cash only.
