FAILURE TO APPEAR – ASSUMPTION PARISH, POSSESSION OF MDMA – DAVID JAMES SCOTT, JR.
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of David James Scott, Jr., 33, of 3938 Myers Street, Gray, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish.
David James Scott, Jr, was arrested on September 26, 2020 on a charge of Possession of MDMA. As a result of that arrest Scott was ordered to appear in court and failed to do so on February 8, 2021 and October 11, 2022.
Warrants were issued for the arrest of David James Scott, Jr.
The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested David James Scott, Jr. on November 7, 2022. Scott was transferred to Assumption Parish on Wednesday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear – Assumption Parish on Charges of Possession of MDMA
David James Scott, Jr, was ordered held without bond.
