FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGES
GARLAND JONES
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Garland Jones, 39, of 111 Pecan Street, Napoleonville, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on felony drug charges.
Garland Jones was previously arrested on a charge of Produce, Manufacture, Distribute or Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. Garland Jones was subsequently ordered to appear in court on March 30, 2022 but failed to do so. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Garland Jones.
Deputies arrested Garland Jones on Saturday. He was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear in Court – Assumption Parish on charges of: Produce, Manufacture, Distribute or Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance.
Garland Jones remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
