FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY CHARGES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Gregory J. Hills, 38, of 164 Highway 403, Paincourtville, LA, on multiple charges of Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish.

Gregory J. Hills was previously arrested on felony criminal charges in Assumption Parish. As a result, Gregory J. Hills was ordered to appear in court on June 22, 2022. Hills failed to appear as ordered resulting in warrants being issued for his arrest.

Gregory J. Hills was arrested on Monday evening and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges as follows:

*Failure to Appear – Assumption Parish for Aggravated Flight from an Officer
*Failure to Appear – Assumption Parish for Use of Multiple Beam Road Lighting
Equipment, Driving Under a Suspended Driver’s License

Gregory J. Hills was released on bond.
