FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY CHARGES – MURPHY LEE WESLEY

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Murphy Lee Wesley, 20, of 108 Marshall Lane, Napoleonville, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Assumption Parish on felony charges.

Murphy Lee Wesley was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling. As a result of that arrest, Murphy Lee Wesley was ordered to appear in court on December 11, 2023, and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Murphy Lee Wesley on December 12, 2023.

Murphy Lee Wesley was arrested on unrelated charges in Terrebonne Parish on January 28, 2024.

Murphy Lee Wesley was released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on February 27, 2024.

Murphy Lee Wesley was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish for Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling

Murphy Lee Wesley remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
