SECOND DEGREE BATTERY – ALIZANTE MARIE PATTERSON

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Alizante Marie Patterson, 22, of 187A Grisaffe Lane, Belle Rose, LA, on felony second degree battery charges arising from an incident on April 29, 2023 at a residence in the 100 block of Grisaffe Lane.

On the aforementioned date, deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a disturbance / fight. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the complainant who advised that Alizante Marie Patterson confronted her about a personal matter. The discussion turned physical at which time Patterson allegedly began to beat, bite and kick the complainant, inflicting obvious injury to her.

At the conclusion of the investigation, deputies secured arrest warrants for Second Degree Battery for the arrest of Alizante Marie Patterson.

Ascension Parish Sheriff’s deputies arrested Alizante Marie Patterson on June 15, 2023 on local charges there.

Patterson was released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on February 27, 2024. Patterson was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Second Degree Battery

Alizante Marie Patterson remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
