FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGE
ARDIS LANE LOVELL
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Ardis Lane Lovell, 41, of 1151 Church Street, Houma, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court as ordered in Assumption Parish on felony drug charges.
Ardis Lane Lovell was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result of that arrest was ordered to appear in court on October 25, 2023, and failed to do so. As a result, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Lovell on October 26, 2023.
Ardis Lane Lovell was arrested by the Houma Police Department on January 18, 2024, and turned over to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on Monday evening. Lovell was transported to the Assumption Parish Detention Center and booked on charges of:
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on October 25, 2023, on a count of:
-Production, Manufacture, Distribution, or Possession of a Schedule II Controlled
Dangerous Substance
Ardis Lane Lovell remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
