FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Andre Joseph Patterson, 43, of 110 Bertrand Street, Napoleonville, LA, on a warrant for Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on drug related charges.

Andre Joseph Patterson was previously arrested on charges of Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. As a result of that arrest, Patterson was served Notice to Appear in Court on November 14, 2022 and failed to do so resulting in a warrant being issued on November 14, 2022.

Andre Joseph Patterson was arrested on Monday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on Charges of Possession of a Scheduled II Controlled Dangerous Substance

Andre Joseph Patterson remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
