FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGES

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jessie Ray Breaux, 33, of 259 Danos Court, Chauvin, LA, on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a drug related charge.

Jessie Ray Breaux was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on a charge of Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance.

As a result of that arrest, Jessie Ray Breaux was ordered to appear in court on July 5, 2022 and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for Breaux’s arrest on July 14, 2022.

Jessie Ray Breaux was arrested by the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office on August 23, 2022 on that agency’s local charges.

Jessie Ray Breaux was transported and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on Wednesday on a charge of:

*Failure to Appear – Assumption Parish on July 5, 2022 on charges of Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance.

Jessie Ray Breaux remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
