FAILURE TO APPEAR – PROBATION REVOCATION

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jennifer M. Diaz, 45, of 612 North Starrett Street, Metairie, LA on a warrant charging her with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish for a Probation Revocation Hearing.
Jennifer M. Diaz was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of possession of crack cocaine, possession of Adderall, possession of marijuana as well as traffic offenses.
As a result of that arrest, Jennifer M. Diaz was convicted of felony drug charges and placed on probation. Jennifer M. Diaz is alleged to have violated the terms of her probation resulting in her being served notice to appear in court for a probation revocation hearing set for November 29, 2023. Jennifer M. Diaz failed to appear as ordered resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest on November 30, 2023.
Jennifer M. Diaz was arrested by the Kenner Police Department on February 25, 2024. Diaz was transferred to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on March 04, 2024. Diaz was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

Jennifer M. Diaz posted a $200 cash bond and she was ordered to appear in court on March 26, 2024.
