FAILURE TO APPEAR – THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Shaquara LaQuita Williams, 27, of 462 Deadwood Road, Gibson, LA, on a warrant charging her with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish.

Shaquara LaQuita Williams was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Theft of a Motor Vehicle. As a result of that arrest, Shaquara LaQuita Williams was ordered to appear in court on August 21, 2023 and failed to comply. Due to her nonappearance in court, a warrant was issued for Williams’ arrest on August 21, 2023.

Shaquara LaQuita Williams was arrested by Houma City Police on March 29, 2024. Williams was released to the custody of Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on April 02, 2024, Williams was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on August 21, 2023 on a Count of:
-Theft of a Motor Vehicle

Shaquara LaQuita Williams remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
