FAILURE TO APPEAR WARRANT – FELONY DRUG CHARGE

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Ashley Nicole Boudreaux, 38, of 2098 Choctaw Road, Thibodaux, LA, on a warrant charging her with Failure to Appear in Court to answer to felony drug charges.

Ashley Nicole Boudreaux was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. As a result of that arrest, Boudreaux was ordered to appear in court on May 22, 2023 and failed to do so. A warrant was issued for her arrest on May 30, 2023.

Ashley Nicole Boudreaux was arrested by the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office on July 15, 2023. Ashley Nicole Boudreaux was transported to Assumption Parish Detention Center on Wednesday and booked on charges of:
