FUGITIVE WARRANT- ASCENSION PARISH, LOCAL DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Chad Michael Joseph, 33, of 705 Veterans Boulevard, Donaldsonville, LA, on felony drug law violations after deputies responded to a suspicious persons complaint near Bertrandville. Early Wednesday morning, deputies responded to the location and did locate and attempt to speak to Chad Michael Joseph. At some point, Chad Michael Joseph fled on foot. Joseph was later apprehended. During the foot pursuit, Joseph allegedly threw items which were later recovered and contained suspected methamphetamine.
Chad Michael Joseph was also determined to be a fugitive from Ascension Parish.
Chad Michael Joseph was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Resisting an Officer – 2 counts
- Fugitive, Ascension Parish
Chad Michael Joseph remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
