MULTIPLE FAILURE TO APPEAR WARRANTS

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jason Michel Oncale, 43, of 1118 Highway 3185, Thibodaux, LA, on multiple warrants for Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish.

Jason Michael Oncale was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result, was ordered to appear in court on December 11, 2023 for trial. Jason Michael Oncale failed to appear as ordered resulting in warrants being issued for his arrest on December 13. 2023.

Jason Michael Oncale was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on February 3, 2024 on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on December 11. 2023, for Trial on Counts of:
– Illegal Carrying of Weapons
– Resisting an Officer
– Simple Criminal Damage to Property
– Criminal Trespass
– Criminal Mischief
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on December 11, 2023 for Trial on charges of:
– Public Intimidation
– Use of Force
– Threats to Influence

Jason Michael Oncale was ordered held without bond until trial.
