NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Anthony Harris, 55, of 150 Pecan Drive, Napoleonville, LA, on felony obscenity charges following an incident on Monday afternoon.

A narcotics officer on assignment was driving through the parking lot of a Napoleonville business when he observed an individual urinating within the public view.

The officer recognized the suspect as Anthony Harris and noted the suspect to appear heavily intoxicated.

Anthony Harris was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a charge of:

Anthony Harris was released on a $1000 bond.
