SUBJECT: OUTSTANDING WARRANT FOR INDECENT BEHAVIOR WITH A JUVENILE – HARRY JUNIOR WILLIAMS
NAPOLEONVILLE – Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Harry Junior Williams, 48, of 156 Jacob Street, Bertrandville, LA, on sex crimes charges dating back to 2016.
On Thursday evening, deputies responded to a complaint in the village of Napoleonville. Upon arrival, deputies spoke to the complainant. During that complaint investigation, deputies conducted a criminal history check on Harry Junior Williams who was present at the current complaint location and determined that Williams was wanted in connection with a 2016 Assumption Parish grand jury indictment for indecent behavior with a juvenile.
That indictment alleged that in early 2016, deputies responded to a complaint in which a domestic partner accused Williams of inappropriate sexual contact with her child at an earlier date. As a result of the 2016 investigation, detectives presented evidence to the grand jury resulting in the indictment against Williams.
On Thursday, Williams was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on two counts of:
- Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile
Williams was also charged with a Parole / Probation Violation for a prior conviction.
Williams was incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
