NATHAN EDWARD LOWE

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Nathan Edward Lowe, 36, of 632 Reeds Bridge Drive, Oberlin, LA, on charges related to a trespassing complaint in Belle River on Sunday.

Deputies responded to a complaint and were able to locate witnesses who indicated that Nathan Edward Lowe had broken into a camper on Belle River Road and had been sleeping in the home for several nights. Deputies noted forced entry through a window. Based on witness statements and evidence recovered, deputies arrested Nathan Edward Lowe on Sunday and booked him into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

• Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling
• Simple Criminal Damage to Property
• Littering Prohibited

Lowe remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
