SECOND DEGREE BATTERY – JARROD JOSEPH BOUDREAUX

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jarrod Joseph Boudreaux, 44, of 2675 Highway 1010, Labadieville, LA, on felony battery charges arising from an incident Sunday afternoon at a residence in the 3200 block of LA 1.

Deputies were dispatched to an area healthcare facility in reference to an individual being treated for injuries sustained during a confrontation at the aforementioned location.

Deputies made contact with the victim who indicated he arrived at the residence in the 3200 block of LA 1 and was confronted by the suspect now identified as Jarrod Joseph Boudreaux. An altercation ensued resulting in the victim sustaining injuries requiring medical treatment.

Deputies located Boudreaux at his residence and initiated an officer / violator interview.

At the conclusion of the investigation, Jarrod Joseph Boudreaux was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Second Degree Battery

Jarrod Joseph Boudreaux remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
