TRAFFIC INCIDENT / DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS
PHABIAN TREYVON AMACKER, KEANNA LYTELLA MITCHELL
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Phabian Treyvon Amacker, 28, of 1312 ½ Daspit Street, Houma, LA and Keanna Lytella Mitchell, 32, of 2622 Payne Street, Houma, LA, on multiple felony charges arising from a traffic stop on LA 70 East. A uniformed patrol deputy observed an eastbound vehicle commit a traffic violation and initiated a stop of that vehicle. The deputy made contact with the driver, now identified as Phabian Treyon Amacker and engaged in an officer violator interview.
During the interview process, the deputy noted a pungent odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle and noticed the driver to have dropped a plastic bag to the ground.
The deputy was further made aware that Amacker was driving under a suspended driver’s license and without required insurance. Due to the circumstances present, an inventory search of the vehicle was conducted and resulted in the seizure of multiple illegal narcotics and assorted drug paraphernalia.
At the conclusion of the investigation, Phabian Treyvon Amacker and Keana Lytella Mitchell were booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

– Possession of MDMA
– Possession of Hydrocodone
– Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
– No Compulsory Insurance
– Driving Under a Suspended Driver’s License
– Speeding
*Keanna Lytella Mitchell was booked into the Assumption Detention Center on charges of:
-Possession of MDMA
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Phabian Treyon Amacker and Keanna Lytella Mitchell remain incarcerated pending a bond hearings
