TRAFFIC STOP – DRUG LAW VIOLATION
TROY ANTHONY PATRICK – I.C.E. ARREST
LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Trey Anthony Patrick, 37, of 100 French Lane, Napoleonville, LA, on charges stemming from a traffic stop.
A uniformed patrol officer working I.C.E. detail observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation near Labadieville.
The deputy executed a stop of the vehicle and upon coming into contact with the driver now identified as Troy Anthony Patrick, the deputy noted an odor of suspected marijuana emitting from the vehicle. After interviewing the accused, it was determined that Patrick was driving under a suspended license. Deputies requested consent to search Patrick’s vehicle and that search yielded suspected marijuana.
Troy Anthony Patrick was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession or Distribution of Drug Paraphernalia (3rd Offense-Felony)
*Operating a Vehicle While under Suspension for Prior Offensesl
Troy Anthony Patrick is being held on a 10,000 bond.
