TRAFFIC STOP – DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS
JENNIFER GAIL KRUMHOLT, NICHOLAS LEE LOUPE
PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jennifer Gail Krumholt, 32, of 1895 Highway 70, Pierre Part, LA, on multiple felony charges arising from a traffic stop in Pierre Part on Saturday evening. A uniformed patrol deputy observed a westbound vehicle on LA 70 with an equipment violation.
The deputy made contact with the driver, now identified as Nicholas Lee Loupe, 43, of 43445 Bayou Narcisse Road, Gonzales, LA and initiated an officer / violator interview. The deputy noted that Loupe was driving under a suspended driver’s license.
The deputy noted that a female in the vehicle appeared to be moving within the vehicle. The deputy then engaged the passenger, now identified as Jennifer Gail Krumholt, into an interview. At the conclusion of those interviews, the deputy requested consent to search the vehicle.
During the ensuing search, deputies seized assorted drug paraphernalia off the person of Nicholas Lee Loupe. Additionally, quantities of assorted controlled dangerous substances and drug paraphernalia were seized from the interior of the vehicle which was attributed to Jennifer Gail Krumholt.
At the conclusion of investigation, Nicholas Lee Loupe was issued a misdemeanor summons for:
*Driving Under a Suspended Driver’s License
*Improper Equipment
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Nicholas Lee Loupe was issued a court date and released.
Jennifer Gail Krumholt was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession of Heroin with Intent to Distribute
*Possession of Klonopin
*Possession of Methamphetamine
*Sale, Distribution or Possession of a Legend Drug without a Prescription or Order Prohibited
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Fugitive – Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office
*Fugitive – Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office
Jennifer Gail Krumholt remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
