WARRANT – FAILURE TO APPEAR – SECOND DEGREE BATTERY – PHILLIP MEMS EDWARDS, III
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Phillip Mems Edwards, III, 40, of 56020 Highway 404 White Castle, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Assumption Parish on felony battery charges.
Phillip Mems Edwards, III was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result of that arrest was ordered to appear in court in Assumption Parish on March 24, 2023. Phillip Mems Edwards, III failed to appear as ordered resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on April 26, 2023.
Phillip Mems Edwards, III was arrested by the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office on January 30, 2024, and transferred to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on January 31, 2024.
Phillip Mems Edwards, III was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on April 24, 2023, on a Charge of:
-Second Degree Battery
Phillip Mems Edwards, III was incarcerated and released on a $200 cash bond.
