FUGITIVE WARRANT
PHILLIP M. THOMAS

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Phillip M. Thomas, 30 of 6016 Grant Road, Napoleonville, LA, following a traffic stop on Thursday.

A uniformed patrol officer observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation. The deputy initiated a stop of the vehicle and made contact with the driver, now identified as Phillip M. Thomas.

During the interview, the deputy inquired with the Communications Division to determine if there were any outstanding warrants on Thomas. It was then determined that Thomas was wanted on a fugitive warrant from the City of Thibodaux.

Phillip M. Thomas was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a change of:

Additionally, Thomas was booked on:

*Fugitive Warrant – City of Thibodaux

Thomas was released to the Custody of the Thibodaux Police Department to answer to the fugitive warrant.
